My wife gave me a Ridge Wallet as a gift several years ago, and it has been my everyday wallet ever since. After years of use, it became pretty worn, so I contacted Ridge and sent them a few pictures.
Their customer service was outstanding. They honored their warranty and replaced my wallet completely free of charge. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free.
It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind its products. Ridge certainly does. I was already happy with the wallet, but after this experience, I’m even more impressed with the company.

I am very impressed with the wallet design and functionality. As difficult as it was transitioning from my 15 year old Polo wallet, I don't miss having the wallet in my back pocket. The front pocket design is a game changer.
