Quality purchase
First purchase of a Ridge product. Love the power bank yet to pull the trigger. This case is solid and fits well, would prefer more side grip as I'm accustomed to. But all in all I would say I'm happy with my choice

Great case and seems well built!
Case feels premium and gives me confidence it will keep my phone protected without adding bulk! Love the look of the carbon and it has a little texture to it feels very smooth but you can feel the weave of the carbon which is a welcome addition to the case. The buttons feel very tactic and natural and not clunky like an afterthought. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend this case to anyone.

Fantastic Case
I have numerous phone cases for my iPhone, and this is my favorite by far. The material and texture feel fantastic, the slim profile mitigates any feelings of bulkiness so many other cases have, and it fits the phone as well or better than Apple made cases.

I expected a story, not just a box
I bought the leather phone case after reading Ridge’s statement:
“We obsess over every detail so you never have to think about your gear.”
With a message like that, I expected to be genuinely impressed from the moment the package arrived.
The case itself is good. It feels well made, fits properly, and does what it’s supposed to do. But it never crossed the line from “good” to “wow.”
What surprised me most was the unboxing experience. For a premium brand that emphasizes every detail, opening the box felt very ordinary. There was no story about the leather, no insight into the design process, and nothing that created an emotional connection with the product or the brand.
It doesn’t have to be anything elaborate. Heck, tell me your uncle’s cousin’s dog helped herd the cattle that became the leather for this case. Obviously not literally—but give me something that makes me stop, smile, and feel connected to the product. A short note about the leather, the craftsmanship, the people behind it, or the design philosophy would have gone a long way.
Some of the best premium brands make the unboxing experience part of the product. When you open the box, you feel like you’re buying into a story, not just another accessory. With Ridge, I expected that level of attention to detail based on your messaging, but instead the packaging felt generic.
The product met my expectations. The overall brand experience didn’t. If Ridge truly obsesses over every detail, I think the unboxing…
